Today we celebrate a victory for documentary and independent filmmakers everywhere—no, scratch that, it’s a victory for anyone who uses the Internet—as the FCC has just voted to ensure net neutrality by using its authority to treat broadband internet like a utility. The IPAT Clinic was proud to submit a comment on behalf of a large coalition of documentary and independent filmmakers including the International Documentary Association and Film Independent asking for just this.
